Instructions for iOS Devices without Wi-Fi (Using Mobile Hotspot)
If Wi-Fi is not available, you can use your iPhone’s mobile data and hotspot feature to connect.
• Enable iPhone Hotspot
If no Wi-Fi is available, activate your iPhone’s 4G network. Then, enable the personal hotspot
feature in the Settings menu. This will allow the projector to connect to your iPhone’s
internet connection.
• Download AirScreen on the Projector
On the projector, open the Google Play Store, search for “AirScreen,” and install it. This app
is essential for establishing a connection with your iPhone.
• Open AirScreen and Follow Prompts
Launch the AirScreen app on the projector and follow the app’s instructions to complete the
setup for screen mirroring.
• Enable AirPlay on iPhone
Open the Control Center on your iPhone and tap on “AirPlay” or “Screen Mirror.” Your
iPhone will now search for available devices to connect to.
• Select the Projector
Choose the device labeled “AS-4K Google TV Stick” from the list. Your iPhone screen will now
be mirrored to the projector, enabling you to share content even without a traditional Wi-Fi
connection.
How to "Push" Content to the Projector
Note: The benefit of using the "push" feature is that it allows you to send content to the projector
without interrupting other functions on your mobile phone.
• Connect to the Same Wi-Fi Network
Ensure that both your mobile phone and the projector are connected to the same Wi-Fi
network. This connection is essential for the "push" feature to work smoothly.
• Locate the Push Icon in Your Video App
Open the video app on your mobile phone that contains the content you wish to display on
the projector. Look for the "push" icon, which is usually located in one of the four corners of
the screen—often at the top right or bottom right. Please note that different apps may have
unique icons for the push feature, so look for symbols that resemble a TV, screen with a
triangle, or a Wi-Fi signal symbol.
