OPERATION
1. Plug the cord into an outlet. The red POWER light will
illuminate to show that the unit is on.
2. Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. Once
the temperature is reached, the green READY light will
illuminate.
3. P our batter on middle of cooking surface and use the
batter spreader to evenly distribute batter over the cooking
surface. Once the crêpe is cooked to desired browning on
the bottom side, use the spatula to ip the crêpe and cook
the other side. Use the spatula to remove the crêpe when
nished cooking. For best results, wipe excess batter off
spreader in between crêpes.
4. After cooking, turn the thermostat to MIN.
