Operations
Pre-Run Inspection
1. C heck all ttings a nd connectors for proper
assembl y.
2. Check all hos es for leaks . R epa ir or replace any
dama ged ho s .se
3. Check power cord(s) for any damage. If damaged,
replace.
Equipment Set-up
1. P lug power cord from machine into properly
grounded wall outlet.
2. T urn vacuum motor swith on and o to make sure
there is electrical power at machine.
4. Connect vac hose to ma chine. Slide the swivel
tlet on the tank.
5. Connect the hos e to your ma ch in e and wa nd . Pull
back the knurled collar on the quick disconnect
coupler and push onto the connection on the
ael o avoid T .sis s ahc k s evitisop a taht kcehc ,
connection was ma de.
NOTE: Wand orifice must be equivalent or larger
than an 03 nozzle.
3. 150 PSI pump priming instructions:
- Fill fres h water tank with hot water and cleaning detergent
- Attach prime h ose to quick connect on mac hine
- P lace t he other en d of prime h ose into va cuum
port a
nd hold
- turn va cuum and pu mp switches o n
through the p rime ho s e, this indicates pump is pr imed
prime ho s e
Heater Operation
NOTE: Units with Heat Only.
The solu
gs on the machine will become
extremely hot during operation. Allow
nt
time to cool, or run solution through the machine
with the heater
disconnecting or
performing any maintenance on the heater.
P lug the two power cords into s eparate grounded
circuits. The heater draws 15 amps of current.
Turn the s olution pump ON. Fully prime the solution
system before turning heater on.
Turn the hea ter switch on. The red light on the heater
switch will be on when the heater switch is on. The red
heater temperature light will be on when the hea ter is
active and will turn
en the heater reaches
maximum temperature.
On initial start-up the heater will ta ke a few minutes to
reach operating temperature.
When turning the pump and Heater OFF, make certain that you
turn the heater OFF first.
