      If your WARRIOR Portable Generator's engine won't start, several factors could be at play. First, ensure there's enough fuel by adding fuel if needed. Next, confirm that the switch is in the “ON” position. Also, check the oil level and add oil if necessary. If these steps don't work, the injection nozzle may be dirty or blocked, requiring cleaning or replacement. The high pressure fuel pump or injection nozzle might not be injecting fuel properly, in which case you should remove the injection nozzle and repair it or bleed the fuel injection system. Ensure the control lever is in the “RUN” position, and that you're starting the engine according to the correct operating procedure. Finally, if the battery is flat, recharge or replace it.

      If your WARRIOR Portable Generator is running but not providing any output, start by ensuring the AC circuit breaker is in the “ON” position. Check the socket contacts and adjust them if they are not making good contact. Also, the rated speed of the generator might not be reached, in which case you should adjust the engine governor as required.
