Factory Reset
• Open the Find My app and navigate to the “Items” tab.
• Select the relevant item and ensure that the “Lost Mode” is
disabled.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on “Remove
Item.”
• A pop-up window will appear. Confirm the removal by
tapping on “Remove.”
• Once the WTag has been successfully removed from the Find
My app, proceed to the next step.
• Press the on / off button five times and hold it until you hear
a beep sound.
• The WTag has now been reset and is ready to be paired with
a new iOS device.
