Low Water or No Water Water supply valve closed
or tank valve closed. Open valves
Crimped poly tube Repair or replace
tube
Filters or membranes plugged Replace filters
Combo filter(s) upside down Install with
rubber gasket up
Tubes installed to wrong fitting Install tubes per
S.8 (1), (2)
Leaking Joints Fittings not seated Disconnect fitting
and reseat tube
Filter housing leaking Tighten with
housing wrench
Inspect o-rings
for cuts or crimps
