  If your Waterworks Water Dispenser is leaking, first, check if the appliance is installed in an environment where the temperature changes frequently (above 25 degrees Celsius). If the bottle is leaking, remove it, drain about 2 liters of water via the cold water faucet, and then load a new bottle, inspecting it for damage beforehand. Ensure the faucets are tightly fitted and the drain cap on the back is properly fitted and tightened clockwise. If the leak persists after these steps, discontinue use and contact customer service.

  If the water from the hot water faucet of your Waterworks Water Dispenser is not hot, first check if the hot water switch is on. If it is, try resetting the appliance by unplugging it and pressing the bimetal reset button with a 20 cm screwdriver. If hot water is still unavailable after 30 minutes, contact customer service. Also, if too much hot water has been consumed, wait until the water becomes hot again.
