Position the left hand guide flush to the jamb and adjust for plumb.

Position left hand guide 3/8" off jamb and adjust for plumb.

Increase Spring Tension

Move door open, clamp guides, use pipe wrench to rotate ratchet gear clockwise for tension.

Decrease Spring Tension

Move door open, clamp guides, release pawl to allow ratchet gear to rotate counter-clockwise.

Basic Coverage

Warrants paint integrity for 25 years and color/chalking per standards for specified periods.
