  The F 12 error on your Webasto Heater indicates a heater unit lock-out. This is activated when a permanent heater fault lock-out has occurred. To resolve this, switch on the heater unit and confirm that fault code F12 is displayed. Remove the fuse, then switch off the heater unit using the heater control. After waiting more than 2 seconds, reinsert the fuse, and switch the heater unit back on using the heater control.
