Webb WER18HP - Lower Handlebar Assembly; Attaching the Safety (OPC) Cable; Locate the Starter Cord

Remove and ensure you have all the parts
required for assembly (see page 2 for reference)
Parts required:
4 x Bolts
1. LOWER HANDLE BAR ASSEMBLY
3. ATTACHING THE SAFETY (OPC) CABLE

2. Upper Handle Bar Assembly
Spring cord Guide and bolt.

3. Aaching the Transmission Cable
and bolt.
3a.
Pull the brake lever out of the right
side hole, tilt forward and lower towards
the mower.
3b.
Insert the end of the cable into the
hole in the lever and replace the lever
back into hole of the handle.
6. LOCATE THE STARTER CORD

The starter cord spring maybe located differently depending on the model

attach lower handle bar bolts.
