Why won't my Webb WER16HP engine start?
    • C
      Cheryl MarksAug 2, 2025
There are several reasons why your Webb Lawn Mower engine might not be starting. It could be due to: * being out of fuel (fill the tank with unleaded petrol); * a depleted, dirty, or disconnected spark plug (replace or clean the spark plug, or firmly press on the terminal cover); * a flooded engine (remove and clean the spark plug); * old petrol in the tank (drain and replace with fresh petrol). In the case of water in the fuel tank, it is recommended to contact an authorized dealer.

    • V
      Vanessa HernandezAug 8, 2025
If your Webb Lawn Mower engine stops frequently, it could be due to a blocked fuel supply (ensure the fuel line isn't pinched), the fuel cap not venting (loosen the fuel cap slightly), or using the wrong type of fuel (drain and refill with new unleaded petrol).

    • T
      Timothy VillegasAug 14, 2025
Your Webb Lawn Mower engine might be losing power because of a dirty air filter (clean or replace it), an incorrect height adjustment (raise the cutting height lever), or blocked fuel cap vent holes (ensure the holes in the fuel tank cap are clear).

Why does my Webb Lawn Mower vibrate so much?
    • M
      Michael MurrayAug 20, 2025
Excessive vibration in your Webb Lawn Mower can be attributed to a loose cutting blade (check and tighten the bolts and nuts), bent or broken disc/blades (replace the disc or blades), excessive grass/dirt build-up (clean the underside), or worn/damaged disc or blades (replace the blades).

What to do if my Webb WER16HP has poor cutting catching?
    • H
      Holly KirkAug 26, 2025
If your Webb Lawn Mower has poor cutting catching, it might be because the catcher is not fitted correctly (reattach carefully and check for damage), the cutting height is set incorrectly (adjust the cutting height), or the grass catcher vents are blocked (clear and clean the vents).
