    What to do if the Weber Indoor Fireplace burner flame pattern is erratic?

      If the burner flame pattern is erratic, the flame is low when the burner is on HIGH, or the flames do not ignite all burner holes on your Weber Indoor Fireplace, it might be due to blocked burner holes. To resolve this, clean the burner holes, referring to the Maintenance Section for instructions.

      If the burner of your Weber Indoor Fireplace does not light, or the flame is low in the HIGH position, several factors could be at play. First, check if the fuel hose is bent or kinked and straighten it. Second, verify if the igniter is functioning correctly; if not, replace it. Lastly, inspect the igniter box for any obstructions and remove them, consulting Step 11 of the “Assembly” Section (pg. 10).

      If the burner of your Weber Indoor Fireplace burns with a dark orange flame and produces heavy sooting, it may be due to a blockage of holes. Clean the Spider / Insect Screen. Refer to the Section “Annual Maintenance” for instructions.
