What to do if Weber Grill Accessories burners do not light?

  If the burners on your Weber Grill Accessories aren't lighting, have a small flickering flame, or the barbecue temperature is low, the excess flow safety device may have activated. To reset it, turn the burner control knobs and cylinder valve OFF. Disconnect the adapter from the cylinder. Turn the burner control knob to HIGH and wait at least one minute, then turn it OFF. Reconnect the adapter to the cylinder and slowly turn the cylinder valve on. Refer to the “Lighting Instructions”.

  If you're experiencing flare-ups with your Weber Grill Accessories, make sure you are preheating the barbecue correctly by turning all burners on high for 10 to 15 minutes. Also, a cooking grate heavily coated with burned-on grease can cause flare-ups, so clean it thoroughly.

  If the burner on your Weber Grill Accessories doesn't light or the flame is low, check the following: * Is the LP fuel low or empty? If so, refill the LP cylinder. * Is the fuel hose bent or kinked? If so, straighten the fuel hose. * If you can light the Left burner with a match, then check the Crossover® ignition system.

Why is the inside of my Weber Grill Accessories lid peeling?

  If the inside of your Weber Grill Accessories lid appears to be peeling, it is not a defect. The lid is cast aluminum, not paint, so it cannot peel. The residue you see is baked-on grease that has turned to carbon and is flaking off. Clean it thoroughly.

How to fix erratic burner flame on Weber STATIONARY CART?

  If the burner flame pattern on your Weber Grill Accessories is erratic, the flame is low when the burner is on HIGH, or the flames don't run the whole length of the burner tube, the burner may need to be cleaned. Clean the burner.
