Do you have a question about the weBoost Connect 4G and is the answer not in the manual?
The weBoost Connect 4G is a cellular signal booster designed to enhance 4G LTE and 3G signals within homes or small offices, covering an area of up to 5,000 sq. ft. It is compatible with all US cellular devices and carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Cellular, improving talk, text, and high-speed internet.
The Connect 4G system operates by receiving, amplifying, and rebroadcasting cellular signals. An outside directional antenna captures existing 3G, 4G, and LTE signals from the nearest cell tower. These signals are then transmitted via coax cable to the Connect 4G booster unit, which amplifies them by up to +65 dB gain. The boosted signal is then broadcast indoors via an inside panel antenna, providing a stronger signal for multiple devices and users. This process also works in reverse, relaying your device's signals back to the network, resulting in fewer dropped calls, improved voice quality, and faster uploads and downloads.
The Connect 4G kit includes:
The Connect 4G is designed for ease of use, with an installation guide available for download. The system is intended to be set up by users, with trained support staff available for assistance.
