用塞尺检查气门间隙
Check valve clearance with feeler
gauge.
进气门间隙：（0.4±0.05）mm
Inlet valve clearance: (0.4 ±0.05) mm
排气门间隙：（0.5±0.05）mm
Outlet valve clearance : ( 0.5 ±0.05)
mm
注意：检测气门间隙时，柴油机应
处于冷态——低于 60℃，塞尺在气门桥
和摇臂间滑动，有阻滞发粘感觉时，所测
间隙为准确值。
Caution: Valve clearance shall be
measured with engine at cold state, i.e.,
temperature less than 60℃ . The measured
clearance is an exact value if a slight
resistance is felt when feeler gauge is
sliding between air valve bridge and rocker
arm.
第一缸活塞位于压缩冲程上止点位
置。
The piston of cylinder No.1 is at TDC
position of compression stroke.
如右表所示检查或调整气门间隙。
Check or adjust valve clearance as per
Table below.
