2. Remove the packaging from the disposable ECG
electrodes.
3. Place the disposable ECG electrodes on the upper
chest in the position shown below.
Note:
⚫ Ensure the "R" mark is facing up.
⚫ If you sweat a lot, to avoiding the electrodes falling
off, we recommend you to use the strap
measurement.
3.3 Recording the Heart Rate
Once you are wearing the monitor appropriately, the
monitor switches to work mode and automatically starts
measuring and recording your heart rate.
