5.3 Installation
5.3.1 Transport and packaging
All mixing systems are carefully inspected before they are packed.
However, the equipment might become damaged during transport.
5.3.1.1 Delivery (also for spare and replacement parts) incoming control
• Upon receipt of the delivery, check the goods for completeness, referring to the delivery docket!
In the event of damage:
• Check the transport packaging for visible damage
• Check the goods for visible damage.

Complaints procedure
If the goods have been damaged during transport:
• Immediately contact your dealer!
• Keep the packaging (for further inspection
by the shipping company or for return of the goods).
Packaging for return:
Use the original packaging.
If the original packaging is not available:
• Contact our customer service and request a packaging kit.
• If you have any queries regarding the packaging and securing of the goods for transport,
contact your dealer.

1. Place the box
on the floor, observ-
ing "this side up"
mark.
2. Cut the top of the
packaging and fold
down the four cover
flaps.
3. Place the box
on the work top.
If necessary, work in
team of 2: weight of
box with device: ap-
prox. 19 kg.
Place the box on its
long side (horizon-
tally) on the work
top.
4. Fold down the four
cover sections. Place
the box on its head
(upside down).
5. Pull the box up-
wards from the
device and remove
the packaging.
