5.3.1.2 Temporary storage
The transport packaging of the mixing system and
spare parts is designed for storage for maximum 3 months.
Note
• Store the TOPITEC
®
TOUCH in a dry room.
Storage conditions:
• See chapter 2.3.5 "Technical data".
Warning
• Never clean the TOPITEC
®
TOUCH with a steam cleaner
or a water jet. Water and dirt might otherwise
enter the mixing system, causing damage.
5.4 Transport
5.4.1 Technical transport instructions
Warning
When transporting the device, observe the weight and centre of gravity of the
TOPITEC
®
TOUCH (see table 2). During transport, the TOPITEC
®
TOUCH
might topple over. To prevent this, always observe its centre of gravity. If necessary,
secure the packaging of the TOPITEC
®
TOUCH with suitable
securing tackle.
When transporting the mixing system, take into account that certain device
components might topple over and ensure that there is sufficient space available to
avoid damage from physical impact (height of components).
Warning
Location: level, solid, slip-free surface, not tilting and wobbly, the base of the device
must be fully supported and positioned at least 20 cm away from the front and rear
edges of the worktop, and 50 cm
from the right and left edges of the worktop. Above the device, there must be a clear-
ance of at least 100 cm to ensure proper ventilation and fire safety. Do not position
the device in a highly frequented area or corridor. The device owner must ensure that
the workplace of the device meets the general health & safety standards.
