TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault Solution
The steamer will not
switch on.
- Check that the cleaner is plugged into a
power supply
- Plug the cleaner into a different power
point
The steamer will not
produce steam.
-Ensurethatthewatertankislledwith
cold water
- Remove and reinstall the water tank.
The cleaner leaves too
much water on the
oor.
- Ensure that the mop pad is not saturated.
Dry the pad before use or replace with a
new pad
On/Off indicator
ashingBlue.
- If the cleaner is sitting on idle for 2 hours, it
will automatically switch the boiler heater
off. In this situation the On/Off indicator
willstayashingBlue.
- Activate the steam release trigger, the
cleaner will switch on the boiler heater.
The On/Off indicator will stay on Blue.
Service problems that appear to be major can often be solved easily.
