gas
systems are
safe
and
trouble free.
At the
start of
each season and
before any
long
voyage, the
following checks are
recommended:
1 All
rigid
pipes
and fittings should be checked
for corrosion.
2 Allflexible
pipes
should be checked
for
perishing.
Note:
lt is recommended
that all flexlble hoses are
replaced annually.
3
All
gas
taps
and controls should be tested
for
operation.
4
Gas bottle
lockers
should
be cleaned thoroughly
and
drains checked for
blockages.
5
Regulators
should
be
examined for
corrosion or damage.
lf
in doubt
-
do
not
attempt
to repair
a
regulator
-
take it to
your
nearest
gas
stockist.
