TransCube was designed for the transport of diesel fuel - UN 1202 / UN 1993.
t Regulat ion size placards must be on all 4 sides of t he TransCube or it s means of t ransport .
t The TransCube was manufactured to the Unit ed Nat ions speci fications (eg. 49 CFR Code of Produc-
tion) tested and certified as a UN Standard Mobile IBC, 31 AY Packing Group III. This is an internat-
ional standard recognized by TDG whether made in USA or imported and DOT’s oce 4 Hazarfous
Materials Safety (USA).
t Closures: In transport AL L valves and plugs must be closed. Ensure pump is turned o. The
closure system nearest the contents of the IBC must be closed fi rst. Close and lock the hatch-
lid.
t Fill to a maximum of 95% capacit y.
t The Tran sCube must be secured fi rm l y t o i t s means of t ransp ort . Do not d rill hol es i n t he p ri m ary or
secondary tanks.
t Replacement of any component must be t he same specification or e quivalent . Replacement parts can

t Compulsory Inspect i ons: Th e Tr ansp ort o f Dan gerous Goods regulat ion s req u i re t h e IBC t o b e in -
spected every 60 months at a government registered facilit y. The Record Card must be filled out at
each test, and kept with the TransCube. The month and year o f the inspection must be stamped in
the space provided on the met al specification plate.
