  If your Westinghouse Boiler is showing error code Er:10, start by pressing the Power button to clear the error. The code will also automatically reset after one hour (up to three times). If the error happens again: 1. Monitor the gas pressure to the boiler while it is operating. Make sure the pressure is between 3.5 and 14” WC. 2. Check the gas valve wire and flame detection sensor, ensuring the connections are secure. Normal operating settings for the flame detection sensor are more than 2.5DC before ignition, and less than 2.5DC after ignition. 3. Check the vent terminations to ensure there are no blockages. 4. Make sure that the flame is stable when lit. 5. If the problem continues, the main control might need to be replaced.
