Unplug the unit, wait three minutes, plug it back in, and turn it on again. * The remote control may be out of range. Ensure it's within the 8-meter receiving range. * The receiver on the air conditioner may be blocked. Remove any obstacles. * The remote control batteries may be low. Check and replace them if needed. * A fluorescent lamp in the room may be interfering. Move the remote control closer to the air conditioner or turn off the lamp and try again.
