PARTS AND FEATURES
Ensure all packaging materials have been removed. Wash Lid, Smoking Racks, Smoking
Chamber with Lid, and Vessel in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry. Wipe inside of Base
and pointed end of Temperature Probe with a damp cloth and dry.
