What to do if the Wetrok Scrubber drive, brush, or suction motor doesn't work?
    • C
      Charles MillerAug 1, 2025
If the drive motor, brush motor, or suction motor isn't working, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the main key switch (B1, H2) is set to ON. Check that the battery charging plug (C8, D1) is connected. If the red LED (B4) is flashing, the battery needs charging. For BMA versions, the drive and brush motors, along with the pump, won't start if the operating lever (H3) isn't engaged. If the suction motor stops and the red LED (B7) flashes, empty the dirty water tank, reduce foam formation, and clean around the sensors. Finally, if the overload indicator (B3, H5) activates and the red LED flashes, reset it using the main key switch (B1, H2).

Why is the suction performance of my Wetrok Scrubber weak?

      Jessica WagnerAug 14, 2025
Weak suction performance in your Wetrok Scrubber could be due to insufficient cleaning elements. Consider replacing them. Ensure you are using appropriate cleaning elements. Also, dose Wetrok detergents according to the packaging label. Adjust the working speed and water flow to match the level of dirt, and consider using the indirect cleaning method if necessary. Clean the fresh water filter (E3, F4) and the primary filter (G4).
