USING AUTO DEFROST
Your microwave oven automatically defrosts a
variety of common meats at preset cook powers
for preset times. The 3-stage AUTO DEFROST
cycle defrosts ground meat, steaks, chops, fish,
and chicken pieces. All you do is touch AUTO
DEFROST, then enter the weight of the items being
defrosted. Your microwave oven does the rest.
NOTES:

If “ERROR” appears on the display, touch the
off/cancel pad and start over.
l
To defrost items not listed in AUTO DEFROST,
use a cooking time and 30% cook power. Let
the food stand after defrosting. Refer to a reliable
cookbook for defrosting information.

Put your frozen food in the oven and close
the door.
2. Touch the auto defrost pad.
