Why is my Whirlpool W5 611E X temperature too high?
    • P
      phillipgarciaAug 5, 2025
Several factors can cause the appliance temperature to be too high. Make sure the condenser (at the back of the appliance) is free of dust. Ensure the door is properly closed and that the door seals are correctly fitted. On hot days or if the room is warm, the motor will naturally run longer. If the appliance door has been left open or if large amounts of food have been stored, the motor will run longer to cool the interior.

Why does my Whirlpool W5 611E X Refrigerator motor run so much?
    • K
      Kaitlin BaxterAug 30, 2025
Several factors can cause the motor to run longer than expected, including frequent door openings, the amount of food stored inside, the room's temperature, and the temperature control settings. To address this, ensure the appliance controls are correctly set, avoid adding large amounts of food at once, limit how often you open the door, and confirm that the door closes properly.
