If the water doesn't heat, and the microwave still doesn't operate, it may require service. * **Door:** Ensure the door is firmly closed. If a door message appears on the display, open and close the door, then start the cycle. * **Control:** Verify the control is set correctly, Control Lock is OFF, and Demo mode is OFF. * **Packing spacers:** Remove the 2 packing spacers from the top of the vent grille.
