Problem Possible Causes Solutions
The unit is frosting often The door was not closed com-
pletely
The door gasket is not sealing
Use a screw driver to loosen the
screws to re-position the door/
hinge and tighten the screws
Ambient temperature or humidity
is high.
Close the door tightly and do not open
the door too frequently or for a long
period of time
The door may need to be re-positioned
Ensure the door gasket is not loose
Lower the room humidity with a dehu-
midifier or air conditioner
