  Your Widex Remote Control might not be working because of several reasons. First, the remote control battery might be dead or not working, in which case you should change the battery. Second, the hearing aid battery might be exhausted, so try changing that battery. Finally, you might be out of the operating range; try moving within the specified operating range.
