5. Guarantee
Weguaranteethisduringawarrantyperiodof2yearstheproper
functioning of our product in terms of material and treatment.
Thisdoesnotapplytowearingparts.Thewarrantyperiodbegins
onthedateofpurchaseoftheproductfromtheWiKaTechnology
reselleroronlinestore.Iftherearedefectsintheproductduring
the warranty period, we will replace the defective LightFire or
parts thereof free of charge. The warranty claim extends
exclusivelytothis claim.Furtherclaimsunderthisguaranteeare
excluded. The invoice must be submitted in order to assert the
warranty claim. Of course, this warranty does not limit your
statutory warranty rights. Within the warranty period, you are
entitled to the statutory warranty rights to subsequent
performance, reduction, cancellation and compensation in
accordancewith§§437ffBGBtothestatutoryextent.
We produce the LightFire in a state‐of‐the‐art and
environmentallyfriendlyprocessandforecologicalreasonswedo
withoutanenvironmentallyharmfulsurfacetreatmentattheend
ofproduction.Therefore,theremaybeaslightbrown
discoloration at cut edges by the manufacturing process. This is
causedbytheheatofthemanufacturingprocessandisanormal
reactionofthemetal.Ithasnoinfluenceonthefunctionalityand
efficiencyoftheLightFireanddoesnotjustifyawarrantyclaim
