16.Specific Absorption Rate "SAR" - Exposure to radio
frequency
Your device has been designed and produced to comply
with international norms (ICNIRP) for exposure to radio
frequencies. The safety instructions related to exposure to radio
frequencies use a measuring unit called SAR (Specific
Absorption Rate). The local specific absorption rate (SAR)
measures the user's exposure to the electromagnetic waves of
the equipment concerned. The maximum authorized SAR is
2W/kg for the head and torso, and 4W/kg for the limbs.
The highest reported SAR value for your device when
tested for use and kept 0.5 cm from your body is :
SAR Head : 0.695 W/kg
SAR Torso : 0.641 W/kg
SAR Limbs : 0.799 W/kg
