Warranty
With this manufacturer’s warranty (hereinaer: the “Warranty”), TINNO USA INC.
(hereinaer: the “Manufacturer”) guarantees this product against any material, design
and manufacturing defects. The duration of this Warranty is specied in aicle 1 below.
This Warranty does not aect your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded or limited,
in paicular in relation to the applicable legislation on defective products.
Warranty duration
The product may consist of several pas, which may have separate warranty periods,
to the extent permied by local laws. The “Warranty Period” (as dened in the table
below) takes eect on the date of purchase of the product (as indicated on the proof of
purchase).

2. Warranty period for repaired or replaced pas:
Subject to special provisions of local laws in force, the repair or replacement of a product
does not, under any circumstances whatsoever, extend the original warranty period of
the product concerned. However, the repaired or replaced pas are guaranteed in the
same manner and for the same defect for a period of ninety days aer delivery of the
repaired product, even if their initial warranty period has expired. Proof of purchase
required.
