6.5 dl white flour

10.5 dl white flour or 10 dl white flour and 1 dl sunflower seeds
Flour mixture
Decide on the various suggestions for mixed flours according to the size of the recipe. Remember,
if you desire lighter bread; choose more white flour and less of the other types of flour. Make your
own exciting recipes. If you use white flour and whole wheat only, choose smaller amounts of
flour than if you include sunflower seeds, linseed, etc.
Sweet bread - use program 5
Use the basic recipe and add 4 tbspns – 5 tbspns – 6 tbspns sugar. Sweet basic dough for fruit loaf
and flour cake for example

Add raisins, nuts, etc. as required
Norwegian fruit loaf (Julekake) - Large
2 dl milk
1 1 /2 dl
water
1 egg
6 tbspn butter
10 dl whole flour
6 tbspns sugar
3 /2 tspn salt
5 1 /2 tspns dry yeast
4 dl raisins, add after kneading
Brush a little egg on the loaf c. 10 minutes after commenced baking
French bread – use program 6
