Problem Possible reasons Solutions
Power lamp is off
when switched
on.
Humidier is not
plugged in.
Plug the humidier into a
powered electrical socket.

Humidier is defective
or malfunctioning.
Press the power button to
turn it on.

when switched
on, but no mist
come out.
Humidier is not

Press the power button to

The target humidity is
reached.
Increase the target humidity
or change mode.
