2. For canned food, please open the cover of the can before it is heated, otherwise there may be danger
of explosion arising from the expansion of heated air inside the can.
3. Do not put metal ware, such as knife, fork, meter spoon, on the panel, otherwise you may suffer from
bum when you pick up the heated utensils.
4. Do not put articles the articles such as cleaning cloth, paper or cushion on the panel to be directly
heated; otherwise the articles may burst into flame owing to high temperature under the pan.
5. Do not insert foreign articles such as wire into the air inlet or air outlet when using the oven, otherwise
there may be danger of electric shock.
6. In case any crack is found on the surface of the oven, please turn off the power supply immediately to
avoid electric shock.
Methods of Maintenance and Cleaning
1. The power supply must be cut off and the product must be unplugged before cleaning is carried out.
2. Please use neutral cleanser to wipe off oil dirt.
3. Use clean wet cloth to wipe off light oil dirt.
4. Do not wash the product directly and otherwise the product may suffer from failure.
Failure checking,
If the product operating in abnormal conditions, the window of timer will display E x
(x=0,1,2,3,4,5,6), refer to below for solution,
Problem: E0 no proper cooker found
Solution: ensure the cookware should be made of steel (or bottom suitable for induction cooker ) , and
the diameter of bottom must larger than 12cm.
Problem: E1 Inner temperature sensor failed
Solution: contact qualified person for repair.
Problem: E2 sensor for panel failed
Solution: contact qualified person for repair.
Problem: E3 the voltage of power source over than 270V
Solution: you have to stop the machine until power source stable (standard voltage should be 230V).
Problem: E4 the voltage of power source lower than 140V
Solution: you have to stop the machine until power source stable (standard voltage should be 230V).
Problem: E5 panel overheat,
Solution: ( if the cooker may be dry ) stop the product until the product cooled down, then you can
restart it again.
Problem: E6 Inner overheat-protection circuit stop the running automatically.
Solution: to cool down the machine, and ensure the air intake or ventilation port is not blocked. If such
issue occur again, contact qualified person for repair.
