Parts and functions
Before making ice cream
Cleaning
Wash all parts that come into contact with the ice cream (including the fi xed
bowl, removable bowl, mixing blade, transparent lid, refi ll lid, measuring cup and
spoon) before use.
Prepare the recipe ingredients
Prepare the ingredients in your own recipe or recipes from here. Stir together
the ingredients and pour into the removable bowl. Note: You should not put the
bowl in the freezer in advance, as this machine has a built-in compressor that
freezes the ingredients during operation.
Assembly
1. Insert the removable bowl in the machine.
2. Place the mixing blade into the removable bowl and make sure that the
motor shaft fi ts with the blade (see the picture below).
