Regulator and hose
Only use regulators and hoses certified for LP gas with the specified pressure values. Using an
incorrect or defective regulator and gas hose is dangerous.
Ensure that the correct parts are used before each use of the gas grill.
The gas hose used must comply with the regulations and requirements of the country where
the device is operated.
Worn or damaged hoses must be replaced immediately.
Ensure that the gas hose is not obstructed or kinked and does not come into contact with parts
of the gas grill except at the hose connection.
Connecting to the device
1. Place the gas cylinder next to the grill for operation.
2. Before connecting the gas cylinder to the device, ensure that there is no dirt in the heads of the
gas cylinder, regulator, or burner. Spiders and insects could block the burner or the venturi tube
at the opening. A blocked burner can cause a fire beneath the device.
3. Clean blocked burner openings with a sturdy pipe cleaner. Caution! Connect the hose to the
grill with a tool, but connect it to the gas cylinder hand-tight.
4. Connect the gas hose using a suitable ring or open-end wrench.
5. If the gas hose is replaced, the new hose must be secured to the device and the regulator with
hose clamps.
6. Disconnect the regulator from the gas cylinder when the gas grill is not in use.
Checking for gas leaks
1. Use a mixture of one part dish soap and three parts water. Approximately 50 ml of soapy water
is needed for testing.
2. Ensure that all control knobs are in the off position.
3. Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder and turn on the burner with the control knob. Ensure
the connections are securely attached.
4. Turn on the gas supply.
5. Apply the soapy water to the hose and all connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak.
6. Eliminate the leak and retest.
7. Turn off the gas supply after completing the test. • If a leak is found and cannot be repaired, do
not attempt further repairs. In this case, contact a professional. Do not use the device until
the leak is properly repaired.
Setting up the grill
1. Check the tightness of the screws before each use. If necessary, retighten all screws to ensure
a stable stand.
2. Set up the grill on a level, solid surface outdoors before use.
Cleaning the grill grate
1. Wash off any coarse manufacturing residues with warm water. Avoid using cleaning or dish-
washing agents.
2. Rub the grill grate with a soft cloth and cooking or frying oil.
