Ending grilling
1. Once food preparation is complete, let the grill burn on high flame for 5 min.
2. This will burn off residues on the burner, making cleaning easier.
3. Ensure the lid is open during this process.
Shutting down the gas grill
1. Turn off the valve on the gas cylinder.
2. Then turn all temperature control knobs to the off position.
3. Wait until the grill has sufficiently cooled before closing the lid.
4. Clean the grill after each use, following these instructions:
Care and maintenance instructions
To maintain the quality of this gas grill over a long period, please follow these care and maintenance
instructions carefully.
Let the grill cool completely before cleaning.
Do not use paint thinners or solvents to remove stains, as they are harmful to health and
should not come into contact with food.
Do not use strong or abrasive solvents or scouring pads, as they can damage the surfaces
and leave scratch marks.
After each use, let the grill burn off any food residues for about 5 min without any food on it.
Turn off the regulator on the gas hose before starting the cleaning process.
Remove the grill grate and clean it thoroughly with dish soap and water. Rinse with clean wa-
ter and dry it thoroughly.
Remove loose deposits on the grill with a wet sponge.
If a thick layer of grease has formed on the inner surface of the lid, clean it with a strong and
hot soap solution. Rinse with clean water and let the lid dry completely before using the grill
again. Never use commercial oven cleaners.
Remove food residues from the bottom of the grill with a brush, spatula, or cleaning sponge.
Wash the bottom with warm soapy water, rinse with clean water, and let it dry.
Generally, clean the inner and outer surfaces with warm soapy water.
Use a soft, clean cloth to dry. Do not scratch the surfaces while drying.
Check all screws before each use to ensure they are tightened, and tighten them if necessary
to ensure the grill's stability.
Cover the gas grill with a protective cover when not in use.
Cleaning the burner
1. First, turn off the gas supply at the gas cylinder, then turn all temperature control knobs to the
off position to burn off the remaining gas in the line.
2. Allow the gas grill to cool sufficiently before cleaning.
3. Remove the grill grate.
4. Wipe the burner with a soft brush or clean it with compressed air. Then wipe it with a cloth.
5. Clean blocked openings with a sturdy pipe cleaner, wire, or the open end of a paper clip.
