Can't play video in App

Solutions
Those APPs are limited with HDCP. This model doesn't
support this function So it can't support these APPs.
Please check whether the network of your phone is well
Make the distance of phone and projector within 1 meter.
The power cable not connected well
The power button on the back of the projector is off.
The remote control's batteries are depleted.
Something obstructing the signal between the remote and IR
Strong light on IR directly.
Is the channel set-up correct?
Is there input signal?
Is the input cable plugged well or in the wrong position?
Under PC mode, is the refresh rate > 75 KHz?
Input cables connected right?
Volume at minimum or on Mute.
Is there a barrier around the ventilation?
Low voltage or big voltage fluctuations.
Check the over-heat protection system
Re-plug the device.
Check if the device is broken.
The format of the video is right?
