OPERATION
Versamatic and Versamatic Plus

Inspect brush for wear using a
credit card and replace if neces-
sary. (Screwdriver necessary
to remove the brushes on some
models)

Unplug the cord from the
wall.

Starting at the highest
setting, adjust brush height
setting by setting until the
orange light turns off.

Make sure all three prongs are
on the body of the cord and plug
into an outlet. if one of the Prongs
is missing, notify your suPerVisor.

Hold the strain relief in an up-
right position so that the strain
relief will not be damaged when
the cord is wrapped.

Turn the machine on.

Wrap the cord for storage start-
ing from the base. Wrapping the
cord properly will help prevent
cord failure.

Inspect and Replace Brush

Powering On the Machine

Turn the machine on to begin operation.

Maintenance Procedures

Accessing Covers

Release lever to remove the front cover (Versamatic Plus) or back cover (Versamatic).

Replacing Dust Bag

Replace the dust bag when it is full. Different bags exist for Versamatic Plus and Versamatic.

Replacing Filters

Replace filters quarterly. Separate filters are available for Versamatic Plus and Versamatic models.

Clearing Hose Clogs

To remove a clog from the hose, press buttons to detach it and clean with a broom handle.
