(1) Outgoing calls
(a) All Calls: When this function is set at Activate, you cannot dial out
any number.
(b) International Calls: When this function is set at Activate, you cannot
dial out international numbers
(c) International calls except home PLMN: When this function is set at
Activate, you can only dial out local numbers when being abroad or dial
out homeward numbers (i.e. the country where the network provider
stays).
(2) Incoming calls
(a) All calls: When this function is set at Activate, you cannot receive
any call.
(b) When Roaming: When this function is set at Activate, you cannot
receive calls when you use the phone outside the service area.
(3) Cancel call
Allows you to cancel barring of calls; you have to enter the network
barring password provided by the network operator too, when canceling
the barring.
Line Switching:
Select which phone line you want to use for making calls and sending
text messages. You can switch to Line 1 or Line 2; Line 1 is the default
option.
Note: when Line 2 is selected, whether you can dial a number depends
on the network operator.
