7.6 Maintenance
• Here are some basic maintenance tasks that you can do yourself. Allow your
scooter to cool for at least 1 hour before servicing.
• 7.4.1 Brake system maintenance:
➢ Remember to apply lubricating oil regularly to both ends of the brake cable to
ensure its longevity and proper functioning.
➢ If you brake too abruptly, the cable
should be less tight.
• Use the 4mm Allen key provided.
• Loosen the screw by turning it
counter-clockwise.
• Push back the cable slightly towards the
handlebars to "give some slack”.
• Tighten the screw by turning it clockwise.
• Repeat if necessary to fine-tune it
