Retrieving unknown measurements
If your Withings Body+ doesn’t recognize you when you weigh in, your weight
measurements will be listed as unknown measurements. To assign them to a user,
perform the following steps:
1. Open the Withings Health Mate® app.
2. Go to Devices.
3. Select the Unknown measurement.
