Minimum Requirements
Internet Access
Access to the Internet is required to:
• Download the Withings Health Mate® app,
• Set up your Withings Go,
• Upgrade the rmware.

Smartphone or Device
An Android device (with operational Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi or 3G/4G) is required
to:
• Set up your Withings Go,
• Retrieve data from your Withings Go,
• Interact with your Withings Go,
• Interact with people.

OS Version
You need Android version 4.3 or above to install and run the Withings Health Mate® App.
BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) compatibility is required to install your Withings Go.

features available.
