Why does my wiwa IRCOMBI PROFIT pump run irregularly and not reach the required pressure?

  The pump may run irregularly due to several reasons: * The viscosity of the spraying material might be too high, causing suction losses. Try diluting the spraying material or using a bigger pump. * The suction system could be leaking. Check the packings on all screw fittings of the suction pipe or the suction hose and replace them if necessary. * The bottom valve might be leaking. Unscrew the bottom valve and thoroughly clean the ball and seat, replacing the ball or valve seat if needed. * The piston valve could be leaking. Clean the ball and valve in the dual piston, replacing the ball and valve seat as necessary. * The bottom or top packing might be leaking due to wear. Replace the packing.

  If your pump runs but no material is transported, consider these potential causes: * The suction strainer might be clogged. Clean the screen. * The suction hose could be clogged. Replace the hose. * The ball of the bottom valve might be stuck. Open the spray gun without a nozzle and the relief ball valve on the high-pressure filter. Gently knock the bottom valve from the side. If needed, unscrew the suction system and loosen the ball of the bottom valve from below with a pin or screwdriver. * The bottom valve may not be closing properly. Unscrew the bottom valve and thoroughly clean the ball and seat.
