Using the vegetable slicer
Prepare the respective food, for example, remove the cores, peel or skin and, if necessary, cut it into
small pieces that will fit into the feeder.
Place a suitable container below the vegetable slicer outlet.
Now insert the mains plug into the socket.
Switch on the WMF Profi Plus food processor at setting 2 to 4.
Use only the stopper to push the food down.
Note: Do not apply excessive force to push the food down.
Where possible, always fill the feeder so that the food covers the whole width of the cutter insert.
This gives the best cutting results.
Removing the attachments
Switch the WMF Profi Plus food processor off and pull out the mains plug.
Unlock the cutter insert by pressing the lock upwards. You can now pull the cutter insert out
forwards.
Remove the attachment from the front attachment hub on the WMF Profi Plus kitchen machine by
turning it clockwise slightly.
Close the front attachment hub on the WMF Profi Plus kitchen machine.
Cleaning and care
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
Rinse all parts thoroughly in warm water.
Allow the parts to dry completely before reassembling them.
