NUMBER FOOD AMOUNT METHOD

(240 ml) Use for individual portions of canned food packed in a small 8-oz
(240 ml)
microwaveable container. Remove inner metal lid and replace
outer microwaveable lid. After cooking, stir and let stand 1–2 minutes.
2 Hot Dogs in Buns 1–4 pieces Place hot dog in bun. Wrap each with paper towel.
3 Soup 1–8 cups
(240 ml–1.9 L)
Place in bowl or casserole dish. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap.
At end, stir and let stand 1–3 minutes, covered.
4 Microwave Pizza 6–8 oz
(170–230 g)
Use for frozen microwave pizza. Follow package directions. It is not
necessary to enter amount.
5 Frozen Sandwich 3–6 oz
(85–170 g)
Use for frozen microwaveable sandwiches. Follow package direc-
tions. It is not necessary to enter amount.
