option that the market has never seen. When
your clients use this module, they‘ll be able to
create dinner specialties never tried before.
The accurate temperature control will enable
your customer to seal in that great flavor of the
food without absorbing any unnecessary grease.
The fryer can handle a variety of foods at a wide
range of oil temperatures.
The Wolf fryer module is available in classic
stainless steel. In addition, there is a metal
storage lid to keep the grease area free from
particles falling into the fryer.

This fryer module must be installed at least
381 mm away from any open flame cooking
device. The open flame may cause ignition
of oil.
This fryer module must be installed at least
381 mm away from a Wolf steamer module,
as contact between water and hot oil may
cause burns from steam and hot oil.
