      If the fan is running but your Woodflame Grill isn't heating up, try these steps: First, check that the control module is correctly positioned on the base. Then, ensure the air intake tunnel is centred and touching the rubber ring under the casing. Also, make sure the burner is properly installed. Finally, inspect the holes at the base of the burner to ensure they're clean and free of any dirt.

Next, check that the burner and thermal shield are centred and correctly positioned. Also, confirm the air intake tunnel is centred and making contact with the rubber ring under the casing. Verify that there's enough wood, centred in the burner. Finally, ensure the grates are properly closed and touching in the centre.
